1. How Orders Are Fulfilled
All official 2024 YR4 merchandise is produced and shipped by Printful, a print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Each item is printed to order after you complete checkout, which means production begins immediately and each piece is made specifically for you.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated timelines after your order is placed:

| EU delivery | 6–12 business days after production |
| Rest of world | 8–20 business days after production |
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates. Customs clearance or local postal service delays may extend delivery for international orders. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Returns
Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind (wrong size, colour preference, etc.). However, we will gladly help if there is a problem with your order:
- Damaged or defective items — if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
- Wrong item received — if you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will ship the correct item at no extra cost.
- Lost in transit — if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe plus 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate and reship or refund.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been issued.
5. Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after checkout, we can only cancel orders if they have not yet entered production. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once an item is in production it cannot be cancelled.
6. Affiliate Products
Products listed under "Recommended Gear" on our shop page are sold by third-party retailers (primarily Amazon). We are not the seller and have no control over their shipping, returns, or customer service. Please refer to the respective retailer's policies for those purchases. 7. Contact Us
For any order issues, returns, or refund requests, email hello@24yr4.com with your order number (Stripe receipt ID) and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
